Action Park — Attraction in Prague

We were there for the birthday of a very close friend, we took the action pack 1649czk each (without drinks unlimited)

Staff: all teenagers more or less "welcoming", friendly bug also on their phones or not super interested (who can blame them as they probably have a very bad salary). Paintball staff was way more "invested" and very friendly as well so great job there guys.

Activities: The activities were fun, human table football very cool, giant beer pong fun, football dart fun, basketball tic tac toe = meh, bubble football amazing but so tiring 🤪, paintball super fun but 100 paintballs free then you pay (super cheap, 100kc for 100 more!). Barbecue was "correct", we had a chicken steak each, half a pig steak and half a big sausage each with bread (missing some vegetables, not a lot but like tomatoes/cucumber for example, would have been nice).

Negative point: Those german tourists, drunk and invading your activities because no manners and drunk of course so behave like kids.

I would suggest the staff to be more careful about that as the activities are quite short already so if a tourist comes on the field and bump into you or take a spot, we come to play within our friends group and we don't need those people to mess with our fun (I understand as teenagers it's difficult to be bossy with a group of 10+ drunk germans with zero maners but still, we shouldn't have to be the one kicking them out of our activity)

Facilities: Toilets and shower are good, drinks are quite cheap (coca-cola 45kc, beer 60kc)

For the price it's an amazing deal, paintball, food, we played from 2pm until 7pm!! So thanks and will come back...

Inflexible and Uncompassionate During a Medical Emergency

We had booked bubble football here for a stag do, and unfortunately, things took a serious turn when the groom (stag) had a sudden health emergency just before the activity. We had to call an ambulance and understandably could not go ahead with the game.

Despite the clear emergency, the staff showed no flexibility or compassion. They refused to let us switch to a different activity or reschedule for another day. No refund, no credit, not even a gesture of goodwill.

We completely understand that businesses have policies, but when someone is literally taken away in an ambulance, a bit of basic human decency wouldn’t go amiss. Instead, we were met with a cold “no refunds, no changes” response.

Would not recommend for group bookings or events where plans may need even the slightest bit of understanding. Choose somewhere with better customer service...

Mein JGA hat dort stattgefunden. Es ist eine coole Location und coole Aktivitäten. Für mich wurde das Food Darts,Giant beer pong und Dog Chase gebucht. Leider hat hier der Veranstalter die Planung komplett verfehlt. Anstatt in der aufgezählten Reihenfolge die Aktivitäten durchzuführen stattdessen hat das Dog Chase zuerst stattgefunden. Auf der Internetseite steht „Ist es schmerzhaft? Die Kleidung ist sehr stark, sodass du dich nicht zu viele Sorgen um Hundekiefer machen müsst. Wie bei jedem Adrenalin-Erlebnis besteht Verletzungsgefahr, auf jeden Fall haben wir höchstens Erfahrung mit Blutergüssen.“ Die Kleidung ist meines Erachtens nicht sehr stark, ich habe jeden Biss gespürt. Klar soll es Adrenalin bringen etc, dafür muss man trotzdem nicht alles spüren. Und ja zum Bluterguss stelle ich mir nicht das vor, was ich hatte. Klar ist es auch ein Bluterguss jedoch denken alle das der Arm durch ist. Übrigens auch die Angestellte die für uns zuständig war, obwohl der Chef meinte die haben jeden Tag 3-5 Blutergüsse. Sie hatte sogar ihre Schwester kontaktiert die Ärztin ist. Und Kühlpacks haben die auch nicht sondern „nur“ Eiswürfel von den Getränken, dafür das es so oft passiert schlechte Planung. Naja die zwei anderen Aktivitäten konnten wir danach nicht mehr durchführen und wollten die canceln, dieses hat auch geklappt jedoch war die Anzahlung in Sand gesetzt, da der Chef meinte „ er ist ein grosser junge und es ist nur ein Bluterguss“. Naja jeder Arzt würde was anderes sagen aber er muss es ja wissen. Vielleicht kann er die Anzahlung ja nehmen unf ne neue Jacke kaufen, die dich wirklich schützt. Dog Chase kann ich leider niemandem empfehlen so lange nicht wirklich Schutzkleidung vorhanden ist. Die anderen Aktivitäten sahen spassig aus. Trotzdem danke an die Dame die für uns zuständig war und mir immer wieder neues Eis gebracht hat. Edit: Der Action Park versucht meine Rezension zu löschen, da sie anscheinend nicht kritikfähig sind, wie man auch bei anderen Antworten auf die Rezensionen sieht.
