Leo's Legeland — Attraction in Aalborg Municipality

A great place for children out of school holidays. It can be a nightmare when school breaks are on as many many children and teenagers visit the place. During such times, you particularly have to look after your young toddlers as many children are left to run riot without much parent or staff intervention...at times it can be dangerous. Unfortunately, no personnel is manning any of the activities meaning that older and more able children rule the place. You seem to see many parents sitting and relaxing and constantly on their phones while their children are away for hours. It worries me sometimes that some parents are even unaware of where their little children are as loud speakers announce to the floor that they have a little one crying due to being lost in the place...parents need to take more responsibility rather than finding an excuse to sit and relax...interact with your children people!!!! Toilets are normally clean and very amusing as you enter the cubicle as your are greeted by an animal noise. Food is a little pricey and the quantity is small...they do not allow any food to be brought in. There seems to be a second area where you can buy refreshments at the end of the hall, but I've never seen it used or...

The place is amazing for motorical skill development for kids, and there are a lot of equipment for enjoyment. Do not get me wrong the place is really cool. In 2019 a yearly entrance with discount costed 990DKK, the discounted entrance for 2020 is 1490DKK, so the entrance price has increased significantly. Sadly maintenance and cleanliness have been neglected severly. Dust everywhere, not functioning equipment, dirty carpet. I have higlighted to the staff the malfunctioning equipment, but there isn't much they have done. Staff is really nice and well prepared for the job. Some recent photos as of yesterday. This is absolutely fantastic for small kids. The price is reasonable and it is always as clean as can be expected. There are healthy food options. They also offer to host kids birthday parties and those are great. My kids can easily spend an entire day here, and while it is possible (and fun) for adults to participate there are also places where adults can sit down and relax while still keeping an eye on the kids.
