Really fun! And a good workout! My first time at a cablepark and I did the big cable, managed to get the hang of it after a few tries (probably thanks to snowboarding experience) I took away a star because if you wipe out far from the starting platform, on the left side (which I did twice, whoops), you have to walk pretty far back on the bike path, barefoot, which is kind of painful. Would be nice if they figured out a way to have a nicer path, or even just put a pile of sandals or something down there to protect your feet on the walk back. But if you just don't wipe out back there then it's great 😁 They provide wetsuits, a changing room, and some lockers for your stuff (but I think you need to bring your own lock if you want to actually lock them?). There's also a shower but I didn't use it

I loved the place ! We discovered it from the roof of the close-by Copenhill and we decided to give it a try. And it has a very nice vibe. All the equipment to rent is there. So my daughter decided to give it a go and she loved it. The cable is just right length with several obstacles. And there are two additional separate cables for learners. Water is around 1.2-1.5m deep so quite warm for Denmark 😀. And easy to move when you lose your grip 😉. Book in advance if you can . We were lucky to get 1hr free spot immediately but then it was booked.

Very nice easy going people and great park. The course is easy for beginners and there are heaps of kickers and sliders. The coffee is also great! As a first time rider they get you to use just foot straps and after completing 3 laps you can get a proper wakeboard setup with boots. The cable operators watch you and offer progression advice sometimes which is nice.

I've had the absolute WORST experience working with these people, just to have our reservation canceled the day before.

We went through about 2-3 weeks of poor communication where you ask 10 questions and they answer one and you have to follow up over and over and over again.

We FINALLY got to booking our reservation for our team, we received reservation confirmations leading up to our event, and then come the day before, THEY CANCELED OUR RESERVATION with no reason.

When we asked to confirm the cancelation, they confirmed they canceled our reservation and are now simply not responding.

I could never recommend this place to anyone. These people are awful and don't understand communication or customer service.

AVOID...

I'd say right away I'd give it 1 star if not for the staff that works there that was super kind and really helpful.

I booked 1 hour session that was supposed to have 10 people, I figured it's fine as there are 7 lines on the big cable. During this hour I went on the line 6 times and due to my low experience I was riding it 1 minute each time. I counted 25 people waiting and riding. Additionally there is a separate line for jump-starters so you wait even longer. In total 6 minutes of riding and 54 minutes of waiting in the queue for 350DKK....
