Pretty and nice but thought it would be better.

Sushi restaurant there is supposed to be very good but they said there was gluten/wheat in everything except the salat and that is the first time I hear that from a sushi place, everywhere else I have many options. Gives me the feeling that they maybe can't be bothered serving gluten intolerant people 🤔

Edited after response: I am 100% sure it is your place. I was there 4.august, I have the yearly entrance card and payment for that as proof. There was a tall guy at your restaurant that told me that the only thing gluten free was a salat. Sorry I called your Japanese restaurant a sushi place, I had just heard they served sushi. And at other places that serve sushi they always have a lot of options available that does not contain gluten so that gave me the feeling I mentioned at the bottom of my review, I felt it...

Having seen Yuyuan garden in Shanghai, I struggled to be impressed by this one. It was much smaller than expected and the 75 DKK in entrance fee was a bit steep. That doesn't mean that I won't recommend it, though. If you are in the area and the weather is nice, go see it. There are plants and flowers blooming year around and a nice little café and souvenir shop as well. You can also buy a bonsai tree there, if you know how to keep them. We didn't try the café but it seemed reasonably priced and has freshly made sushi and sake in addition to coffee, cake, green tea and sofas. Bring a book and relax in one of several nice spots to better enjoy...

Better than the original. This place is definitely worth to travel 2 hours per direction from the nearest outpost of civilization. To get there, one first travels 1,5 hours by tram and bus before walking for another 30 minutes. Once you arrived, do not turned away by the stone pathway. Be patient. Just behind is the garden. Also do not worry for the fact you need to return soon because otherwise the last bus for day will be gone and you will need to spend the night at the bus stop: the garden is very small. After 15 minutes all has been seen and the bus stop is...

A very authentic Japanese garden which has been put together with an amazing eye for detail. The amount of effort that has been put into this garden is incredible. There’s a large parking area and the way to the garden is well paved. There is a reception hall with souvenirs from Japan and toilets are available here too. The entrance fee can be paid here with credit card or cash. The gardens are amazing for the visitors and if you like enjoy a choice of authentic Japanese cuisine from the cafe for a very reasonable price. A hidden gem well worth visiting.
