Nivå Beach — Attraction in Fredensborg Municipality

Ok beach. Very nice fine sand, with lifeguard service in the summer time.

Lots of parking around the marina.

The beach is not very large, but it is ok. On busy days you might have to be very close to each other.

There is a part for surfing only, which good so it does mix with the bathing guests.

Ice cream, food and drinks can be puchased at the marina - but the it is not the cheapest place...

💙⛱️ Nivå Strand⛱️💙 Just south of Nivå harbor is Nivå’s beautiful sandy beach, suitable for the whole family. Here the little ones can safely swim in the water, as there are low tides inside the lagoon itself. On the beach, there is a lifeguard throughout the school summer holidays, so everyone can safely swim in the sea. The Beach is well visited and there is space and opportunities for everyone with jetties, handicap-friendly conditions, courts for beach volleyball and toilets.
