I discovered/noticed this amazing place when I was driving around in karlslund, since I am very keen to learn the history of the locations. The moment I saw a classic environment of Danish flag/posters of army men that gave me a sense that this place have some historical significance. I took some pictures which am sure will help in getting an overview of the location plus get an idea on price.
I really recommend that you visit this place with your family, it has some good view to the sea/seating arrangements. Am 100% that if you go with kids they will love it too.. This place takes you back in the history and if you're a person who likes to learn about historical locations then you must visit, some more practical info : there are toilets/huge parking place/restaurant/souvenirs shop/ticket shop/coffee shop..

This was a quick train ride from Copenhagen's Central Station, about 30 minutes to the Karlslunde station. It was 5 minutes walk to the museum - I was confused which way to walk, but walk away from the shopping center and head toward the water. The museum is in a nice park area, with a gentle boardwalk down to the beach. The museum itself is subterranean. It’s the original building built around 1914 to house the soldiers/officers and all the operational components of this lookout fort; 20 rooms 18 of which have been put back to their original condition with furnishings and explanatory signage. They also have old-fashioned phones that you can pick up and listen to a recording bringing the room’s theme to life.
