There was 6 person in our group want to stop in the middle of the walk, and the guide seems don’t know what to do. We were waiting for a long time in the rain of what to do next. After a long wait (about 30 minutes) finally we can continue the walk after let the 6 persons go. There is technicality that needs to handle but it was doable. I don’t understand why they confused and don’t know what to do
Guide don’t explain anything in English even she knows some of us don’t speak Danish. When I am about to leave the finish place, the guide just rudely say ‘STOP’ to me (no smile, so she is not joking), she could have said, ‘sorry I am not done’ or ‘we are not done’. We were stranded standing in the rain for a long time, if she realised it she could have compassionate and understanding that we are cold and urgently need to go to the bathroom, which what I experienced, that’s why I want to leave the finish place. The guide also remind me rudely where I should put a rope, she said it should not in my shoulder. She forget that she only explain this in Danish (if she explained it at all)
Overall I am disappointed with this walk. It’s not cheap and we are treated like we get it for free

Read moreLovely place to visit. Well organised. Book your ticket in advance. Small museum at the check in but enough explained about history of this bridge. Prices for entrance quite high to be honest to compare we have had just “walk” - but we are people who like extreme things so for other people this attraction could be breathtaking ;-) Really nice views - I think any time of the day. Even though we joined danish group as other were fully booked - our lovely lady “guide” was extremely helpful and tried to answer all our questions. For the walk you get an overall (at the end you can keep it as a souvenir - this clothes keep you clean and safe). You are not allow to take with you any cameras or belongings. You will leave them with your guide in safe place. You allow to wear your glasses. At the start of trip - they offer water to drink. At the end of walk - your guide takes pictures, which you can easily download from their website within 2 months. If you are struggling to download from your mobile phone - use different browser - didn’t work on Safari but I switched to Chrome and problem sorted. Ask at the end for your certificate - that you finished your walk - this is another...
Read moreOverrated place and overrated experience. One thing most disappointed is our guide doesn’t really help us to take photo. We have a large group and she don’t offer us for a whole group photos. When she take our photo, she just take it without any sincere, just take and go, non of us are ready for the photo. The scene is quite nice and as a gen z, we surely hope we have some nice photo to show to people about our nice experiences, but sorry, we get one unready photo, and only one because we are not allowed to bring phone up. We get the walk to the top of the bridge which is of course a rare experience, but that is it, nothing special than that. Chilly wind and feeling of the exciting vibrations, that’s it. The view is able to be seen on the bridge just a bit higher. They will talk a bit real story in the top of the bridge eg people having accident and died after, but.. please judge it yourself if u are happen to be the similar victim’s families with this kind of story on top of the bridge .. the guide are kind and friendly, we are keeping safe, they are on time. To be fair, we pay for this and...
