Disappointing experience – not worth the price anymore
We've been visiting the park for many years, but sadly, this was our last visit. The prices are far too high for what you get, and the overall standard has dropped significantly. The park – and especially the rides – are in desperate need of maintenance. Everything feels worn down and outdated. Many of the figures no longer move, and the sound effects are poor.
What’s most frustrating is that for the third year in a row, our favorite attractions were out of order. Once again, Svend Svingarm – which is the main reason three of us even come to BonBon-Land – wasn’t working. This time, Albatrossen was also down, Hankatten was closed for about an hour, and Kragetræerne had issues too, with both rides getting stuck while guests were on them.
It’s just not good enough.
It may seem obvious, but it clearly needs to be said: when your most popular rides are out of service, it creates long lines and extra pressure on the remaining rides. On busy days, this means spending most of the time waiting in queues – and that’s not how anyone wants to spend their day.
We honestly can’t recommend visiting anymore, and we’ll be telling others to stay away as well. Everything feels outdated, neglected, and overpriced. As a gesture of goodwill, we believe all six of us deserve a free visit to make up for such a...

Very bad, unorganized and unprofessional service staff (just teenagers). Do not recommend anything in this park other than the rides. Restaurants dirty, trash overfull and pizzaboxes and leftovers all over the place and even right next to the service line, where fresh food was picked up, was a BIG PILE of rubbish on the floor.
Toilets dirty. Staff working at the kiosk next to the toilets refused to serve us and ignored us. There was no line and only one other family already ordering (we were also there before the other family was but the staff was busy ignoring us at that time too - maybe because we are foreigners, the other family spoke danish and got serviced right away) and 4 or 5 staff members (teenagers) just ignoring us. Even when we asked them directly to help us they ignored us.
They also closed the entrykiosk-line (at arrival) when we were the next customers to enter, without any notice, and waved us to go to the back of the next line that was not moving at all due to some problem. Then, 15 minutes later, they reopened the previous entry-kiosk line with everybody running over there and we had to go back to the end of the line AGAIN. Seriously?
Maybe it would help if a grown-up would be on site for all of these teenager run kiosks? Or re-train these teenagers so they can manage these...
Read moreJust had a nice day in BonBon land. 2 adults 2 kids 7y and 11y. The park has lots to offer if you go from end to end. The park however is somewhat expensive taken the offered ride into account and the fact that some rides were broken either in part or fully broken down. I think the general maintenance of the park is laggin behind. I fully understand keeping everything running and pretty is extremely hard, but lack of paint and lack of air in the boat/slide ride i tried is something even the young employees can resolve.
We have been in BonBon many times and the state of the park seems to be constant set to medium low, or worn to the wood. Whatever analogy works for you.
HOWEVER. Would still come back another time.
Ps. The wild rides are not for 46year olds with a large belly. I simply cant fit into the locking mechanisms. I know its my own fault for being fat but still a bit sad about not trying...
