Nyborg Fortress — Attraction in Nyborg Municipality

Worth a look , lots of laws and bills passed in this castle over the years . A veritable time capsule for sure . You can hear the hooves of horses and carriage wheels noisily passing under the entrance arch in your mind . For alot longer than any car tyre that's for sure. Check out the graveyard across the road . It's a real botanical garden and bares little resemblance to most cemetery's . There's a museum close by too. Definitely worth visiting . So much...

Lovely mediaeval castle. I recommend seeing if you come to Nyborg it's also nice to walk around the moat and have a look at the cannons. Also a great place to sit down...

Fascinating history surrounding the castle. But unfortunately it is closed to the public at the moment. I'm sure it will be worth a trip when it eventually open...
