Skjern Enge — Attraction in Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality

The Skjern Enge is a beautiful river area with many birds and other wildlife. There are many access points in the form of parking lots and it is easy to walk in a tour there. There is also an old pumping station. At some points there are ferries that carry you over the river but they are completely free: you move them yourself and it is a lot of fun. Ein Highlight für Erwachsene und Kinder jeden Alters. Man kann zum einen die Fähren mit einer Kurbel ans eigene Ufer holen. Zum anderen kann man mit Armkraft sich an Seilen auf die andere Seite ziehen. Die meisten Passanten warten, um dann separat das einmalige Erlebnis zu erleben. Bei der Fähre am Parkplatz und dem Holzhaus ist es durch die Strömung deutlich anstrengender hinüber zu kommen.
