I’m writing to express concern about an incident that occurred during our recent visit. While most of the experience was fine, we encountered a moment that felt disturbingly discriminatory.

At the Skytrail climbing attraction, our children — who were clearly waiting earlier in the queue — were consistently overlooked, while others who arrived later were helped and equipped first. There was no clear order or number system, yet our children were skipped without explanation. The contrast in how other children were assisted — with attention and patience — was stark.

A similar situation occurred at the Segway station, where one of the same staff members again seemed to intentionally avoid instructing or assisting our children, while being notably more attentive to others.

Being treated this way — especially when children are involved — simply because of where we come from is unacceptable. We came as paying guests like everyone else, and no one deserves to feel ignored or unwelcome because of their background.

Discrimination, intentional or not, has no place in any customer-facing setting. We truly hope your team will take this feedback seriously and address it with the relevant staff. Every child deserves equal treatment and kindness, regardless of nationality.

Kind...

It's a really nice place with a lot of things to do and explore. We had a lot of fun being there. We missed a lot of shows because of our poor timing and the language (some of them are in german). There's a lot of things to do for children and adults alike. We especially enjoyed the wind tunnel ( Beat the Storm) and the Sky Trail (the climbing area...beware of vertigo). It's a good place to visit 2, 3 times. After buying your way in, they will give you a bracelet with a chip encoded that will help you enter anywhere in the park. The restaurants prices are a little steep, but that's to be expected. The staff is friendly and helpful at any stage. You have the option to rent a small wagon for your children or your things, to carry around, for a 50 dkk fee. Most attractions have a secure locker room that you can open via your bracelet, so you can store your belongings while visiting. The parking is decently big, but I would still recommend coming in early. Get your tickets in advance so that you can benefit from 25% discount. [Furthermore, you get a 50% discount if you have a season pass from other attractions (like...

There is nothing bad I can say about this place. Staff beyond excellent. The place is also super beautiful, in terms of gardens etc. We went sunday 2 july 2018 and weather was perfect. There was not that many people through the park which def added to it being super. My kids are 3 and 5, and throught it was fab for them. Though I personally found it interesting and think it is totally for everyone. Something that was really good about the place was they had toliets all over the place. Some similar places seem to have a lot of toliets in few places. The model universe ihas gone for is few toliets in a lot of places - perfect especially when you have little ones with little bladers. I also loved that you didnt really have to pay any extra money for things once you got in. There was the workshop but that is only 20kr. You dont need to pay for the tailers.....or anything else I saw. I thought food prices, drinks and ice cream were all fair too. I thought it was going to be a place to spend half a day at but we spent the full day there. Love love love! Def will...

A one of its kind amusement park. Its all science with experimental demonstrations inside. Do not get fooled that the park is just for kids. It is also fun for the adults. Building your own rockets with water bottles and competing with the others, experiencing a hurricane, walking through a biodome, water science, climbing a skyline, riding a Segway, VR powered racing, dashing cars, roller coasters(you can design your own track) and parachutes etc. Unique and fun filled experiences to be gathered. There are restrooms and eateries scattered along the park. The service staff of the park did an amazing job. All the staff I interacted with are friendly, polite and help you in case of issues. To sum up was a different and wonderful experience for me. Do download their app to get information of the rides in advance. Helps a lot with navigating.

This combination of amusement park and experimentarium offers so much to do, whether you want to explore or experiment or just play on the playgrounds or enjoy the beautiful gardens and surroundings. The VR experience is amazing and will thrill the gamer children as well. Food is a bit expensive and boring, but decent. Lots of opportunities to bring your own food too. We were there from opening to closing time and could easily have spent more time. Everyone there were extremely helpful and attentive, and always eye to eye with the kids.
