A great way of taking in and enjoying the unique nature of the area. It can be a bit windy if the weather isn't sunny and quiet, but dressing accordingly addresses this. Loved the unique curved bridge, and highly enjoyed the walk to the view tower. By the tower there's benches for picnics. Toilet facilities by the parking spot.

Virkelig fint naturområde. Filsø blev afvandet tilbage i 1800 tallet af landbrugsmæssige årsager, men i 2012 valgte man at gendanne søen og som nu har et rigt fugle og fiskeliv. Filsø består af Søndersø og Mellemsø, som kan krydses via en dæmningsbro på fod og til cykel. Nordvest for mellemsøen ligger den lidt mindre Fiddesø. Der er etableret vandre og cykelstier hele vejen rundt om Mellemsø og Fiddesø, en smuk tur på 16km. Bestemt et besøg værd uanset årstiden.
