Honestly, the fall itself is incredible, very powerful and larger than some of the smaller ones. BUT it was a trek to get down there. The gate was open upon arrival but no clear marked path, even large piles of wood across it at one point. I followed another reviewers tips to make it to the falls. If not, I likely would have given up. Path is overgrown and not taken care of. Some small trees have fallen across it and toward the end, it gets very steep, wet and rocky. You're essentially hiking down a small riverbed. Closed toe shoes are absolutely needed and I got dozens and dozens of what look like chigger bites on my arms and legs so proceed with caution. Maybe cover up as you're walking through plant life. Platform at the bottom with steps leading down into the falls. Seemed too strong for me to swim, so I returned back up. Hike took about 30-40 minutes each way.

Nice waterfalls to see. It’s on private property, the owner Johan (sp?) was there to give us instructions. It’s $5 usd per person. Drive about half way down, then hike about 10 min to the falls. When you get to the Y in the trail, you can go down or up. Do both, as It’s two different falls. The owner is working hard to improve the trail down, it was apparently damaged by a previous hurricane. It was raining and muddy when we went. Wear tennis shoes or solid soled water shoes. It’s steep, slippery in spots, but not too difficult to navigate.

Very nice waterfall. The road to waterfall is closed, so you have to leave the car by the main road and start walking, the walk is approximately 20 minutes downhill. On the way you will meet a spring and a small waterfall. The road is unmaintained, but passable without problems. after the small cottage, keep to the left and go up the stones, the footpath continues above the stones (photo in the attachment) the waterfall is wunderful, swimming was great :)

Strange experience: stopped somewhere near the entrance; no one was visiting at the moment apparently; the time took us to take our affairs from the car, some young fella popped out his house, checked us a little bit and then approached us and asked for money: 10 ec each for visiting . I realise that the waterfall is private and normally you need to pay to visit it but the way we were approached....I highly doubt he was the owner. We said no and decided to leave it for another time. Before leaving the same guy demanded that we give him a ride cause his going in the same direction. Who will charge the 10 ec If he is leaving the spot ? We...
