Hermoso lugar, apenas 5 minutoa camiando desde la playa, seguir las instrucciones. Se puede ir con niños siempre y sepan nadar, hay algunos lugares que tienen alrededor de 10 pies de profundidad. Tomar en cuenta que en este espacio hay manglar po lo que no hay muchls lugares para guardar cosas. Además de que es un lugar para dejarlo intacto; asi que llévese su basura! En la playa por la cual hay que acceder hay de todo para hacer la visita comodamente.

Trotz des Feiertages am Montag 30.1.2023 (für den 26.1.)war es recht ruhig an diesem Ort im Gegensatz zu der naheliegenden Playa Caleton, die ausschließlich von Einheimischen besucht war. El Pontón ist über einen schmalen Pfad von der Playa Caleton in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Vorsicht beim gehen! man kann schnell stolpern! Ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. Leider wird oftmals der Abfall nicht wieder mitgenommen.

El check in es muy lento, y no te dan la atención que mereces. Después del check in, nos dieron la habitación 2 hrs Después. La comida estubo buena después del segundo dia.

MI HIJA SE CAYÓ EN EL BUFFET Y SE CORTÓ EN UN BRAZO, UNA CAMARERA QUIEN FUÉ QUE ME AYUDÓ SOLO LE PUSO AZUCAR A LA HERIDA, YO PREGUNTANDO LLEGUÉ A ENFERMERÍA, DE DONDE ME REFIRIERON A UN HOSPITAL PORQUE ELLOS NO SON PARTE DEL HOTEL Y NO TENIAN EL SERVICIO QUE LA NIÑA REQUERÍA.

Las instalaciones están buenas.

son pocos camareros para todos los huéspedes, pides un baso de agua y te llega en 30 minutos se se acuerdan de ti.

Intenté reservar en uno de los restaurantes, y me dejeron que no tenían disponibilidad para ningun restaurante las siguientes dos noches.

En fin, es hotel es 3 estrellas 🌟, no 5 estrellas 🌟.
