AMERICANS PLZ DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARN $$ definitely not worth it ! Where do I start ? The only good experience I had was the day I paid my down payment for a unit that’s supposed to be delivered 3 years ago and they are still struggling with building the first floor. They have pushed back the delivery dates 3 times already. The administration team is not responsive again don’t waste your time trying to contact them. You can email or what’s app and it takes mths to receive a reply . I got so fed up begging for updates about my condo so I stopped making payments thinking they would contact me . I messaged them on what’s app asking them for photos was told later on and still no feedback . I was told that my contract was terminated but no one called me or emailed me directly. When I finally got someone to respond I was told to speak to their attorney. Upon speaking to their attorney he give me a list of over $32K in fees that i should pay to reinstate my contract plus a 20% increase. Remind you these fees are not fees that I owe . My balance owed is 84K that i was willing to pay in full without any late fees because they have breech the contract three times already. But this is the offer given by the beach noted below -

US$17,292.66 payable at the time of signing the new addendum, for late fees. US$14,431.22 as a penalty, payable at the time of signing the new agreement. US$26,852.00 for the increase of 20%, payable every month until delivery the unit. US$84,425.66 when the apartment is finished.
I asked the attorney what happens to my 50K i paid already. His response-They keep the 25% of the price of sale as a penalty, and refund the difference when they sale the unit. Basically they are hoping to keep $34K of my 50K that I paid already smh . Is these people insane ???
I will be bringing awareness to this matter to other home owners from America purchasing from this business establishment.
During my last visit from what i saw the construction team did very poor visible work. The finishes don’t worth the kind of $$$ asked for by the beach . They need to stop taking advantage of individuals that’s working very hard to invest into a vacation...
Read moreThe Beach is beautiful, but don't trust any contract you sign. I bought in 2021 and have still not been able to move in. They decided to disregard the contract and, if I want my unit when it is ready, I must pay an additional 20%. What legitimate organization does that.
For those of you that will rent for a day/week, please watch out. When you arrive and are ready to claim your room they could raise the price by 10 to 20 percent. What will you do, find another room?
I bought as an investment and my unit has increased in price by about 50%. If I don't want my unit when it is ready, they will force me to sell it to them and I get a 10% payment over what I paid. Then, they go out and sell it at a 40% profit.
If you are looking to buy here, they do not honor contracts, so don't be surprised if you purchase, pay, and then when you go to get the keys they tell you you owe another 20%. Management rarely returns emails or calls. Just remember, renters and potential owners ---- you have been warned.

I own a unit here, and besides the lack of maintenance of the lagoon, on top of everything else, if you are an owner you just have to hope to never have a problem in your unit involving this management, because even if you try to contact them over and over again, you will get ZERO response, not even an acknowledgment. In November 2023 my unit experienced a bad leak on the ceiling in the main bathroom. It took them until January to finally go and check and it wasn’t until April that they finally fix it, leaving my bathroom a total mess. They didn’t reattach the shower head, the toilet seat is broken and left on the floor. The wall mirror is damaged by the water, they agreed to replace it in April, we are now in July and nothing has been done. Also both a/c are not working, and they were never used because my unit has always been empty. And again NOT A REPLY to my countless messages for any sort of assistance.
