We did the magic mushroom canyoning and rappelling tour with Adalberto last month. He was so caring making sure I didn’t fall on the slippery walks. We felt completely safe in his hands. His wife cooked a delicious lunch afterwards. It’s a great adventure that anyone in decent physical condition can do. We have no rappelling experience but we did it with no problems. Climbing out of the canyon was harder. It was steep and slippery and you need to pull yourself up over rocks. However, Adalberto lended his hand and helped me all the way up. He’s such a kind and caring person. He doesn’t speak English but we booked this through Jamao Ecotours and they provided an additional guide who spoke enough English that communication was not an issue.
