PGA Ocean's 4 — Attraction in La Hispaniola

Dear PGA Ocean 4 Team,

I recently had the pleasure of playing at your beautiful course, guided by an exceptional caddy named Ronald. His knowledge of the game and the course design, along with stories of the designer's life, significantly enriched our experience. Ronald, a 12 handicap himself, provided invaluable tips that improved our game, demonstrating his skill and deep understanding of golf.

However, I must address a couple of concerns from our visit. Firstly, the pricing of golf balls seemed unusually high, playfully bordering on "needing a loan approval" levels of expensive, which was quite a surprise!

Additionally, there was a misunderstanding at the front desk regarding our group’s size. They charged us for five golfers instead of four, misunderstanding that our fifth was only a rider who took five practice shots, having never played golf before. Ronald can attest that this person did not participate in the round.

Could we please have a refund for the one mistakenly charged round? Thank you for addressing these matters. If so, I will...

I had an incredible experience at Playa Nueva Romana PGA OCEANS 4 Golf Course! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect round of golf. The course itself is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained fairways and greens that offer both challenge and breathtaking views.

The amenities are top-notch – from the pro shop to the clubhouse, everything is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. After the round, I enjoyed some great food and drinks at the clubhouse, which made for a fantastic finish to an amazing day.

I highly recommend this golf course to anyone looking for a top-tier golfing experience. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, this course will exceed your expectations. I can’t wait to return!

Great course! The ocean holes were stunning! Greens weren't as fast as advertised. In great shape! Got backed up and we ended up having to skip 3 holes because it was so hot. Giving water at the turn would be helpful.

We also played the executive 9 hole course which was underwhelming although it has potential. Greens and tees were in rough shape. Had to be led out to the course by a marshall because it was so far from the clubhouse. Once done we tried to get back and were lost because there was no signage on how to get back. This would be important and helpful! The cart started acting up as well saying we couldn't go certain places although we had just been through it. Eventually called in for help and were led in. This needs to be worked out.

In all, definitely come to play the regulation course especially at such a good price! I am sure the price will rise once...
