Not my cup of tea, though some locals seemed to enjoy it. Though there's an adequate bar, and food kiosks, the area itself is unsanitary and poorly maintained. I can't speak for other days, but the day we visited was a Saturday and there was hardly anyone there. I noticed glass bottles in the water, had to avoid stepping on human feces on the high ground. There were also dirty diapers and trash on the riverbank. You'll be lucky not to get injured or catch a disease hanging around that place. A cable bridge, which connects both sides of the river, is in serious disrepair and poses a serious hazard. I watched patrons/children trying to make it across the bridge by walking on the cables.
