This must be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is a little tough to reach it as there are no publicly accessible roads which lead to the beach. There is a private residential complex, which has access, for everyone else you would have to park at Carolima Beach, which is nearby, or you would have to go along a little dirt trail with an ATV or motorbike (about 1 km). There tends to not be many people there and the water is absolutely pristine with a mangroves like area at the eastern edge of the beach. I would highly recommend making the effort to go and...

This was felt secluded and private a couple of years ago. Now this beach is very crowded has a lot, a lot of insects you really need to be underwater the entire time which is not that bad but those insects will bite you they are called jejenes and mayes. The turist do not respect the beach, and if you come with dog be respectful. If you know your dog doesnt gets well and along with people and other dogs you should have him...

What a shame … this beautiful beach has become our favourite place here in Las Terrenas…it is supposed to be public beach but today we weren’t allowed access because of a reality show. Beautiful beach away from everyone. We packed a lunch and walked from Bahia Principe. It took about an hour because we were discovering and adventuring on the way. Once we got there, we plunked down our towels turned on our speakers and opened our lunch..we say 2 other couples all day. We had a private beach most of the day

A little hard to get to- we walked down from Playa Calolima in Limón along the dirt road. About a 10 minute walk. Beach was entirely empty apart from a security guard protecting the luxury villas nearby. Just a small beautiful spot with mangroves on either end.
