Enclavada en la falda norte de la cordillera central, territorialmente pertenece a Santiago, municipio San Jose de las Matas, entre las comunidades de Los Ramones y Corocito, de fácil acceso por Corocito. No pueden dejar de visitarlo. Se los recomiendo.

La cascada es impresionante, pero el grado de dificultad para acceder a éste, dependerá de la ruta que se elija. El acceso por Los Ramones, por ejemplo, es una ruta muy técnica, con un grado de dificultad alta, no está apta para todo el mundo.
