Beautiful beach , food was delicious and very affordable. Parking was a breeze with the help and guidance of Abraham , who works in the area and was our server throughout our stay at the beach. Great guy , charismatic and respectful. Beach are is patrolled by Politour agents , their presence is constant , you can buy fresh fish from various fishermen but be careful and make sure you know the fish you are looking so you buy the right fresh fish. When in Playa Bayacanes , visit this place “ la playa del pescador and look for Abraham , he will make sure to take very good care of you . Have fun and enjoy life . Note: look for the renovated are by the Ministerio de Turismo de Rep Dom.

The beach was nice. The water was warm and the ocean wasn't too rough. However, the sand could use some cleaning but it wasn't super dirty. We did pay a guy $100 pesos for the parking. And another guy $500 pesos for a couple of umbrellas, three lounge chairs. And a couple of small tables. They pretty much leave you alone during your stay. A girl came past asking if we wanted a foot massage. A guy selling food also stopped by but didn't harass. The beach was nice.
