DISGUSTING, HORRENDOUS, NASTY, BORING!!!!! We went to the park yesterday, August 16, 2014. The park opened at 10am and we arrived at 11:15am. We had chosen the park after viewing their website. We fully expected that it would not be as great as the photos but I mean NOTHING was the same. First, when we arrived the name of the park was not even the same, they had changed it to something like Mundo Aqua Park, Second, several rides were out of commission, period, 2 of the slides were closed and we were told would be open in 20 minutes (that was 11:20am) and it was after 12:30 and they still had no signs of opening. My 6yr old and I went into the ladies room and all of the toilets were NASTY and not one would flush. We exited the DISGUSTING stalls only to find that there were absolutely NO soap dispensers and not one of the faucets worked. Basically noone who visited or worked there could wash their hands before exiting the bathroom facilities. Really makes you want to eat there, huh? We decided to give the pools a try. The kiddie pool was a little dirty with some leaves and cups floating around and the slides had absolutely no water on them so the poor little kiddos were getting stuck or burn on their legs from trying to go down them. We then went over to the pool with the diving boards. Well, it was FILTHY!!! There were tons of bugs, plastic cups and wrappers, hair etc floating around. We could not even bare to get in. We then went over to the larger pool near the pizzaria. It too was FILTHY with leaves, cups and hair and there was so much hair stuck on the ropes I nearly threw up. So about an hour or so in we were so disgusted we decided to leave. Only 1 restaurant was open and based on the cleanliness of the pools we definitely would not eat there. My husband decided we would exit the park, grab some clothes and go back in to change in the bathrooms. Well, we were not permitted to exit. Only the driver of the car is allowed to leave and everyone else must stay. Well, that was the LAST STRAW! We left and went to our car. I was FUMING!!! We went to the office to complain and ask for a refund and we were told no refunds are given and if we do not like it then we have no reason to return.

As you can see these folks do not care about customers, cleanliness or health hazzards at all. I would say SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO...

I've visited this place multiple times already, It's been at least 5 years since the last time, for the first time I took my daughter with me and the experience was awful. Basically every slide or pool is forbidden to kids, (so, don't rent floaters for kids under 11, not worth it) my daughter didn't not get the point of a waterpark with basically every attraction not allowed to kids. The food was good an so the price of it, but we order a meal for 1220 I paid 1300 pesos for the food and they keep the change without telling us. The waiter Never cameback. Water looked clean, but the bottom of the pool has an awful appearance. The water slides had to be turned on by 1pm (so I would recommend to visit the place after 1pm) but the slides were turned on by 2pm. 2 from 6 slides were not working. Kids...

I do not recommend coming here with children. They do not alllow children in the main pool nor the lazy river. Makes it hard for adults to enjoy themselves along with children because children are only allowed to be in one area of the park. Food was ehh, definitely overpriced. The beer is small, only 8 oz for 150 pesos which is ridiculously overpriced. Aside from the ticket for entry you have to pay for the tube separately. The park is very very old and in dire need of renovations. The water was very dirty and I didn’t f eel comfortable letting my daughter swim in the pool. Lazy river didn’t work, there was no current and you basically had to get out of your tube to walk through it . The only positive was the music. Great vibe. Other than that we will definitely not...

Its okay. I took my family on a Saturday in December. The water features were turned off most of the visit, but they did turn the water features on for one hour from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM that day which made the experience slightly better than a regular swimming pool. We were one of only two families there that whole day, so probably they needed to do some cost saving. Otherwise, it is just a pool and a mediocre kid area. Might be worth a visit if you know not to expect too much :)

The place looks much nicer online than it actually is, 10 years ago I’m sure it was beautiful but they have not made any repairs and is not well kept. Paint is chipping everywhere. Pool was not clean, lots of debris, and workers just sitting around. They did not turn on any water slides until 2pm. Only one small section worked. But you still pay the price for the whole park. I wouldn’t go back, but the kids had fun anyway on the 2 slides that were open.

Customer service and maintenance has drastically dropped since the name changed from "kascada Park" to the new name "Mundo Acuático". The park opens at 10am, but the slides and water pumps won't be turned on until 12pm? Full price for half of the entertainment. The kids slides are hot and dry. So two hours of splashing in murky water and very insistent salesmen?
