This is Colonial ruin house just outside to Santo Domingo on the West bound. Is just about 400ft off road from the main 6 de Noviembre avenue. This site allows for a short and sweet return to old colonial house and a great interaction with nature as you can also access the Haina river bed. This site is perfect for photoshoots (wedding and anniversary) as it allows for different views and scenarios. There're a couple of walking trails, bout 200ft long, and some benches if you are in the mood for a picnic. During my visit, there was an arm guard for protection and the site had some random garbage needing for more care. Given the return in terms of the views and nature interactions, and closeness to Santo Domingo (just around 6km) this is worthy...

I saw this place mentioned on Google maps and was intrigued. We drive out there on a Saturday and there was no one there except a photographer doing a photo shoot. The river as a back drop is beautiful and the buildings are really interesting. They keep it very tidy and clean, raking and taking good care of it so that it's really a nice place to visit. I'd recommend it but bring bug spray, the mosquitoes are bad with the...
