Hosteria Ecologica "Campo Alegre" — Attraction in Catamayo

The facilities is quite nice. One afternoon when I returned from Catamayo and needed my keys the receptionist was not anywhere in sight. I shouted, five times, to get somebodies attention, and got no response. Finally, after a good 5 minutes the receptionist appeared as if there was nothing in the world of concern. Let's see, what else, oh, the wifi is not good - it's on/off/on/off all day and evening. In my room the chair for the desk was a child's chair and too low, so I had to sit on two pillows on the chair to almost make it the correct height. In the evenings the music at the pool was too loud. I had to close my balcony door, blocking the evening cool breeze, so I could hear my own music or movie. That makes for a rather hot room. I connect my laptop to the TV via an HDMI cable, when I moved the TV out so I could connect the cable, behind the TV is more cobwebs than in the Addams Family house. Oh, but they do have hot water. They do not include breakfast with your room, but they do have a restaurant so you can eat all your meals here, if you so choose. Es realmente una pésima experiencia, la Gerente y dueña del la hostería llamada señora Piedad es realmente muy descortés con los usuarios, no resuelve los problemas de los usuarios y se ampara en una política de establecimiento sumamente vaga y poco clara además de que no te la informan al entrar, tuve que retirarme inmediatamente, no hice uso de absolutamente nada del local, un banco, la piscina, el restaurante, de nada, y pedí cordialmente que me devuelva mi dinero, a lo que se mostró con furia y muy mal, me llamo arrogante y caprichoso, una pésima experiencia y realmente nada recomendable, por favor piensen 2 veces antes de entrar al...

No lo recomiendo para nada, fachada engañosa. La habitación muy descuidada y sucia. El valor que pagamos de $ 40 dólares para una habitación matrimonial llena de sancudos con todo descuidado no me parece justo para los huéspedes. Las habitaciones son descuidadas, las lámparas y las paredes estaban con telarañas, los cobertores de la cama manchados, las cortinas de la ducha estaban sucias, al igual que su infraestructura descuidada junto con el dispensador de jabón y la colgadera para la toalla.
