One of the best experiences you can get in Ecuador. It is located 20 minutes away from Cuenca and everytime, I go visit Ecuador, I always make sure I stop by.
In my opinion, it is best to make a reservation on a day that it is closed. The business is pretty flexible on this, as long as you bring a group of 10 people or more. With a group of 10 or more, it can take up to 2 hours to go on all 7 of the ziplines.
The prices are $10 per person to go on 7 Ziplines. Ziplines 4-7 have the best views. Ziplines 1-2 are practice rounds.
A couple of weeks ago, I went and I noticed that they also built an obstacle course. I didn't have time to go through it, but I will next time.
The staff are friendly, I am not sure if they speak english though. Sometimes the instructor's pet dog tags along and he is well behaved and makes everybody smile. The instructors have great photography skills. My family brought our Cannon Rebel and the instructors took photos for us. They have a stronger lense to get everybody's facial reaction.
