£20 each for the show so was £40 in total with wife and kids for free.
Was really excited as really wanted swim with the dolphins at the end. Despite paying the extra £50 each between myself and 2 sons (not the wife) for ONLY 5min swim.
Show was good, but towards the end it started getting like we was getting prepped into a scam, realised all the red flags but didn’t let it bother me.
During the show, the red hair lady kept telling us to get our phones out to record as the dolphins were doing tricks etc.
Show ended, and some audience went to take pictures only. We was waiting to swim for nearly 40min even when picture taking was finished. So we asked them if we can give us priority or otherwise we will leave as young kids were getting restless. They allowed us and we was very happy.
We changed and got to the part we about to swim, lady with red hair comes in and tells my wife NOT TO take any pictures, not even 1. And the reason was “company policy”.
But strangely she the red hair lady was screaming to get our phones out to record during the show but now the tone has changed.
I explained I’m paying £150 so at least let me take one picture still they weren’t having it. Only allowed professional pictures taken by them.
Later we found out that they charged a hefty premium to customers £7 for each picture and £25 for a video.
Absolute scam and literally messed up my day as...
Read moreThe show was great, both dolphins and seals are amazing and intelligent animals. But the whole impression was absolutely destroyed by an amateur organization. We waited almost three hours for the pre-paid and not at all cheap swimming. They don't allow you to take pictures or film, even though you have paid the entrance fee and swim with the dolphins. ONLY they take photos, and they charge an outrageous 7 euros for one photo, which they just download to your phone. 21st century?! And finally, as a bonus, chaos when uploading photos, where they couldn't do it, you couldn't breathe there, no air conditioning, a lot of nervous people, and they'll tell you that they have a lot to do because it's the season. Well, hello, when it's the season, you have to be prepared for it, not that 20 people are handled by two, one of whom is on the phone nonstop and dealing with his personal matters. Unreal amateurism and disorganization. Never again and do not recommend to anyone.
And as a bonus, incredible dirt everywhere.
It's not just about making money...
Read moreThe music and high pitch tones were far too high even though an adult was listening to and the children all around were covering their ears. It was far too loud for anybody to bear. The place is in a middle of desert and besides of few corners does not offer much, i.e.: caffe, toilets and monkey cage. The show itself is great...both the seal and pack of dolphins are an amazement - if you had not a chance to witness them in the wild. The swim with the dolphins is well organized and you are accompanied by the trainers. It is safe and joyful experience - even for a 4yo - provided the little one does not fear to swim. Otherwise you can see the animals are fed up and caged but hey...you paid likely 50 bucks for the show and swim, right?? Guess what - you can enter the show for 20$ per adult and 10$ for a kid above 5yo (below is free). Swimming with dolphins is anything between 15 - 40 bucks depending how well you negotiate with an agency or the vendor at the place. 25$ per movie, 7$ per digital photo - at 10x you get 5x free.
Hope this helps...
