Aqua Park Cairo — Attraction in Al Qalyubiya

A chaotic place, full of mess, disorganization, This place was enjoyable years & years ago. Now, it unfortunately collects horrible type of people. The administration should realise families are going there, thousands of youth need to be abandoned, and prohibited from entering. Besides, the staff of pools & slides' guards behave very impolite, smoking on front of the children all the time. The staff who is responsible for organizing the tables & seats asked for tips and they don't observe the setting of tables and seats. The chaotic visitors invaded our place in a miserable way. Rows of visitors who want to use the slides are in complete mess. Youth are taking turns by force neglecting any others. Totally, disrespect... The tickets were paid online through Fawry. Once we arrived, the entrance staff asked us to go upstairs to meet the admin. Why?? We kept waiting for 10 minutes up for no reason. I recommend all people who seek to spend a fun day not to go there. you...

Went on a Thursday in August, it was busy but ok, not much queue in the slides, and not too many people in the pool. I would like to thank Aqua Park for providing a ‘ladies only’ pool it is really nice that women can have a dip as well. For future improvements that would be nice to have a slide so women who don’t want to wear burkini can as well slide alone or with their kids. Employees were nice and polite. If I can give an advice : instead of putting food that’s on the table on the floor and then pick it up, it’s easier and cleaner to wipe it off the table, kids walk bare feet in the dirt and then go to the pool... Food is not exceptional but fair considering it’s included in the entrance ticket. We had chicken pané with fries and rice, and fizzy drink and water, kids had chicken pané sandwiches. Normally food and drinks are not allowed from outside but they let us in with snacks (crisps, biscuits, water). Price is not expensive for a day out with family we paid less than 1000LE for 7 (2 adults 5 children) Even baby had fun in the women pool as one side is really shallow.

Would definitely go again!

Nous sommes allés un jeudi en août, il y avait du monde mais beaucoup moins que le week-end je pense, presque pas de queue dans les toboggans. Je voudrais remercier Aqua Park pour avoir mis à disposition une piscine réservée aux femmes. C'est vraiment bien que les femmes puissent aussi se baigner. Pour des améliorations futures, ce serait bien d'avoir un toboggan pour que les femmes qui ne veulent pas porter de burkini puissent aussi s amuser seules ou avec leurs enfants. Les employés étaient gentils et polis. Si je peux donner un conseil: au lieu de pousser les restes qui sont sur les tables par terre et de les ramasser, il est plus facile et plus propre de l’essuyer de la table, les enfants marchent pieds nus et vont à la piscine avec les pieds sales... La nourriture n'est pas exceptionnelle mais ok, étant donné qu'elle est incluse dans le billet d'entrée. Nous avons mangé du poulet pané avec des frites et du riz, des boissons gazeuses et de l'eau, les enfants ont mangé des sandwichs au poulet pané. Normalement, la nourriture et les boissons ne sont pas autorisées de l'extérieur, mais ils nous ont laissé entrer avec des chips, biscuits, eau). Le prix n'est pas excessif pour une journée en famille, nous avons payé moins de 1000LE pour 7 (2 adultes 5 enfants) Même bébé s'est amusé dans la piscine pour femmes car un côté est vraiment peu profond.

J'y retournerais...

It nice, but the facilities need upgrading. Shower and changing room doors don't close or lock properly.The slides need updating and the staff operating them need customer service training.

The pools close at 4 pm so you need to arrive by 12 to get your money's worth.

Tickets include a soft drink, a bottle of water and a snack, with the option of buying a more expensive ticket that includes a meal.

There are shops that sell a variety of swimwear, including modest wear for women, and water guns, pool toys and sandals.

Unfortunately, when we visited, a fist fight broke out in the female changing rooms which was quite upsetting and the staff did...
