Jewel Aqua park — Attraction in Cairo

We spent a wonderful week(wince were staying in the jewel hotel) at the aquapark and truly enjoyed it! There are so many attractions inside, offering fun for both kids and adults, and the food was also really good.

The safety staff were amazing – very friendly and genuinely caring about the kids, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax in the shade while they had fun. Their attentiveness made the whole experience feel safe and enjoyable.

The place is small and not clean at all, and the organization isn’t great. The lifeguards were everywhere but the ones at the water slides were rude and acted weirdly with the girls. They didn’t organize the lines and several water slides weren’t working. The receptionist was also rude and didn’t provide all the entry information—you had to ask to get answer. The staff in the women’s showers have no conscience, and the stairs are completely unsafe—people kept slipping all the time. The women's showers, toilets and changing rooms...

While the kids enjoyed their day out, some of the slides were closed while others were open at various times during the day. This meant long queues at the slides that were open. The food outlets are of poor quality, but you are forced to buy from them as you are not allowed to bring your own food or beverages into the park. When the slides are open, they are enjoyable. I would recommend that more staff are employed to keep all the slides open throughout the day so that customers can enjoy the full service that they paid for...
