القرية جديدة ومكونة من طريق من البوابة إلى الشاطيء والعمارات على الجانبين وبينها المسابح والاكوا. الشاطيء جميل ومظلل ولكن في حال زيادة نسبة الأشغال يكون صغير نسبيا. والعمارات مصممة بطريقة لا يمكن رؤية البحر اطلاقا. مساحة الشقق صغيرة تناسب أسرة مكونة من ٥ أفراد على الأكثر. تحتاج إلى بعض الاشراف خصوصا في المسابح حيث شاهد شباب كثر مما يعطي فكرة ان القرية ليست عائلية.
