Teda Fun Valley — Attraction in Suez

Very loud sound system in dinosaur park and the songs choices are very lousy, unsuitable, and completely ruin the experience / atmosphere.

The road to the park itself is very bumpy and dangerous at night due to the lack of lights and directions signs, not to mention the trucks that completely crowd the road.

Extremely poor management with no presence of any signs / maps that you could easily get lost and not know where to go especially at night.

Unfriendly staff (not all) with zero flexibility when it comes to applying certain "stupid" rules (like I can't even take my 2 years son into the VR reception area since he needs to be accompanied by an adult and there's no kids area where I can drop him off).

Dinosaurs won't move or make sounds like they used to, and when I asked, they said it's due to the low number of guests at that time. Other staff members told me contradicting info.

The place urgently needs serious maintenance and staff replacement.

The dinosaurs' design itself is amazing when they come to life (if it weren't for the unbelievably low-taste songs, it'd have been an original experience) .

Kids definitely love this place the max, this is really one of the best fun places throughout whole country. The fact that it is located in far area away from any residential places makes it not crowded most of the time and allow kids and families to entertain quality time with full and easy access to all games and zones. Car carting, candy world, valley train tour, and the sliding boat are the best spots not to mess. Make sure you take good photos with all the almost real dinosaurs and animated animals across the place. It is better to charge your card from admin building to enjoy the offer for credit points, charging from the valley desks charge much...

The pool is so worse, neither coloration clean nor changing the pool' s water. Also the restaurant ain't clean and the food is too bad, the rooms are good to some extent and there is a place for kids called fun valley, it's the most wonderful thing in Teda. The animations team are not experienced. Finally the all stuff are so good except some of the receptionist stuff had not enough experience to deal with the guest in addition to the lack of organizing in the reservation while check in/out. I do not suggest that place to be a nice trip...
