This a such a beautiful place! When you first arrive you park inside the gate to the left of the kiosk. You pay $3 person to park. This is when it gets good! The young girl walks us a short way down the path towards the waterfall and then says we can go the rest of the way with the companion. There a 2 very friendly dogs walking with us and that's what she meant. They started with us until we reached the falls and remained until we started back. It was a decent path and took about 20-30 mins to go down. The way back is steep in areas and it had started to rain, but still only took about 45 mins with a couple a short breaks. The falls are refreshing and beautiful. Definitely worth the walk. We did not eat at the restaurant, but we did see it on the way down and looked cool. The food was delicious ! I ended up getting the sopa de gallina with tortillas and empanadas de frijol with a pineapple smoothie. I was full and refreshed after the hike up from the waterfalls.

You do need to notify the staff once you arrive back but once they know you want food they are extremely friendly and accommodating.

I went on a weekday and I was the only one there for the span of 2 hours I was there. They kindly fired up the kitchen , put some music on and I also got to enjoy the Valentine’s Day decorations...

La atención en general es malisima, excelente el personal es amable pero están desorganizados, no hay una persona fija en recepción ni un jefe de meseros que los dirija a todos, llegamos al lugar y jamas nos informaron que nuestro transporte podia pasar hasta mas cerca de las cabañas, no fue hasta que reclamamos que nos ayudaron a bajar nuestras pertenencias, la cabaña deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones no tenian ventanas y las de la cabaña no tenian cortinas, las chapas de las puertas no servian. En el almuerzo no vale lo que uno paga, me vendieron una sopa de gallina sin gallina, el camino a la cascada esta demasiado descuidado y el baño tiene fuga asi que pasa haciendo ruido todo el tiempo. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Viendo la forma de su respuesta prepotente y sin ningún animo de mejorar su atención al cliente y sus instalaciones, lejos de eso solo se justifica y no ofrecen ni siquiera una...
