I give this place 5 stars even though the water slides don’t run, the playground equipment is dangerously worn out and the bathrooms desperately need renovations. The forest and the water are just so beautiful. Muy mala experiencia, no hay duchas en los vestidores o afuera, las instalaciones están muy sucias y deterioradas, en los comedores habían sin exagerar un aprox. de 20 perritos callejeros o de los lugareños lo cual no solo da mal aspecto sino es anti-higiénico. Los vigilantes no quisieron habilitar el tobogán para los visitantes de ese día excepto un momento como de 20 min y de muy mal humor. La piscina principal no tiene mensajes de advertencias y tiene un desnivel muy alto, las personas que están en el área común(área poca profunda) fácilmente caen en el otro extremo, ya que no hay un límite o señalización. Fuimos a caminar por el lugar y el río esta lleno de basura... al parecer el mantenimiento es pésimo. Es un lugar bello por su ambiente y naturaleza, tanto que habían literal serpientes en el agua de dos piscinas (es natural por el ambiente lleno de árboles y a la intemperie, pero deja de manifiesto el poco cuidado que tiene el personal de mantenimiento), en general en muy mal estado y con empleados sin deseos de atender bien a sus visitantes. Hago un llamado al #MiTur para rescatar los parques y lugares de sano esparcimiento que tenemos los salvadoreños y un llamado a los visitantes de cuidar más la casa común. Ridiculously dirty, I am not exaggerating or being mean but they need more maintenance seriously. The flower and fauna was beautiful but there was trash everywhere. I tried finding the source of the water cuz I thought it would be cleaner but it was full of tires, plastic bags and junk.
