It is the monastry, one of the most visited monastries in Eritrea. I have been there twice in May 2012 and june 2013. My experience was great and full of exitement. The plance is historic and full of muracles from our Holy mather virgin Marrya and ond our Lord Jessus christ. There a lot to talk about it but i will try to mention some. Basically the monastry is found by the 12 holly fathers early in the 6th century AD. And it was the yougest of them saint Abune Aregawi who sees the our Holy mother Virgin Marry there. And tht stay there and evangelazied the people around there. The temple there is a mistry till now us it denies the gravitational low of the earth. It is in the space with out a base on the ground. The monastry has 2 mojor celebration days. One is on May ( every 21 in geez calandar) and the second and popular is on june ( every 21ths day i geez calandar). Visitors from all over eritrea visit this...
