We visited as a family of three - my wife, my daughter, and I. The meadow has plenty of parking spaces, and it was fairly full, which shows the trail is quite popular. To reach the main trail, you first go through a section with some steep climbs and descents. Mosquitoes can be a real nuisance here, so bring repellent or wear clothing that covers most of your body. There’s a spacious picnic area with a grill and toilet near the lake. From there, you can choose between the bog trail or the hill trail. We chose the bog trail - it’s beautiful and easy to walk. There are some parts with steep uphills and downhills, but also classic bog sections and areas where the path is made of tree roots. If it weren’t for the mosquitoes, and with proper hiking gear, you could easily explore all the routes in just a few hours.

We were here today with a dog. I didn't know what I was expecting, but it was clean, nice walking trail and not many people. There are three lakes, so most of people were there. There is a kids campsite with grill and etc. But better to come with yours as it is taken most of the times.

It’s one of the unpolished gemstone in Estonia. The variety of the nature consented into small location is just stunning. Hiking trails are suitable for everyone and terrain is constantly changing. Here is only small overview what you can expect: trails through the forest, amazing lakes with the (tent) camping possibilities, small climbs and deep slopes, swamps and bogs and of course wild nature behind every step. The best part is that it’s never crowded. I might even delete this review to keep it...
