Fascinating piece of history. The very walls tell stories of successive layers of history. Our guide added to the narrative with her information and built up the complex tale of this place. At once sprawling and grand but dilapidated and crumbling, echoes of the past found all around, one is transported down the halls of time. I felt sad and wistful being here. I hope it can be restored to a better state but the task looks monumental and...

The Museum is definitely worth a visit, we got a tour through the first floor of the building and the museum, led by a very friendly and contagiously passionate guide, who answered every question we could think of. The manor needs restauration and there are only few rooms that reminded of the wealth and influence of its owners, but its very beautiful and deserves a visit, maybe the state of it even adds a...

Bad shaped manor which gives it its charm Probably a beautiful manor in the past. My impression are subjective of course, but the inside makes the rarity to this manor. Must visit manor in Estonia. This is the largest manor in Estonia and if you won’t manage to get inside of main house, it’s still worth to see outside area and on the top of manor, there is very nice museum in side building - open from Wed to Sunday from 10 AM - 6 PM. Our family truly enjoyed!
