Marimetsa raba matkarada — Attraction in Lääne-Nigula vald

A gorgeous place to take a walk! If you get here by car, there is a parking lot right at the beginning of the path. There is also a WC. The path itself is super convinient and, if I may say so, comfortable to walk on: soft, clean and wide. To get to the end of the path, where the tower is located, it takes around 1 hour. But if you look around, your jaw will drop and you will be amazed by this place's beauty. It took me 2 hours to get to the tower because I constantly stopped and took pictures. Marimetsa hiking trail is interesting trail in a good way. It’s unique because of it’s straight wooden pathways that will lead you directly to the tower. Where you can see over the bog. I recommend to go there early in the morning or late in the evening before sunrise and sunset. Colours that you will experience are amazing and will reflect from the wooden trail. Parking at starting point can fit about 20 cars.

Great hiking trail, it is about 4.4 km long one way, some parts of the road is pretty wet in spring and in open bog area might be very windy, so be prepared with proper shoes and clothes.
