The place is just magical all year around. You can look it really clouse if you are ready to climb carefully on rocks and do not afraid to get wet or hurt in case you slip. On sunny days you can se little rainbow inside the waterfall. On wintertime if Most of the waterfall freezes it is eazyer to get real clouse to the waterfall et least that is my experience.
