Me käisime vahetult enne jõule Avinurme Puiduaidas leivakoolitusel - vabas vormis leiva kujundamist saatnud koolitus andis üllatavalt palju uut infot ja mõtteainet leiva ajaloost ja tähtsusest. Muljetavaldav on näha inimesi, kes teevad oma tööd kirega! Kindlasti plaanime tulevikus ka vormileiva koolitusele tulla! Sel ajal, kui leib ahjus oli, lõunatasime hubases kohvikus - meelde jäi armas teenindaja ja ülimaitsev piparkoogine juustukook!
