We got a chance to visit the cider house back from our trip in the Nordics. The place make cider and wines from fruits. To say wines is an understatement since each wine is a master piece on its own.

The winery produces wines from fruits using the traditional method (the same that is used for making Champagne) which uses fermentation in its own bottle rather than in a tank where it is infused with gas (as Prosecco is made).

The quality of these wines is comparable to Champagnes in France, each wine having distinctive and complex flavours.

We had the opportunity and privilege to try most of them and none of them disappointed.

The hosts take the time to explain the distinctive features of each wine and you can feel the quality and passion down to the last details.

We have been in many wineries around Europe in different countries and these wines were on our top five list.
