Loodi (Paistu) matkarada — Attraction in Viljandi vald

Another sandstone outcrop hidden in the woods of Estonia. While lesser known compared to Taevaskoja and Piusa outcrops it is no less beautiful. To go there you can take shorter (right side from The Paistu lake) or longer (left side) trail - I'd suggest to start from left side to see the scenes around curling stream that also passes the outcrop. The trail is very well kept and not hard. There is a public picnic area just in the beginning of the trails with a grilling stove and prepared wood - remember to bring replacement firewood when planning...

An amazing place not far from Viljandi. I came from Tallinn by train and took a local bus. What is convenient: buses go here quite often.
