Klakkur — Attraction in Klaksvik

A short hike but with a beautiful view! From Klaksvik take the the street Nidan Horn and then turn right into Astarbravt. Keep driving the gravel road until you rich a small parking area. Leave the car there and walk up the Klakkur. Absolutely no need to drop the car before the gravel road as the way up in not interesting and long. At the end of the paved road don't stop. An incredible hike, some of the best views I’ve experienced in 30 years of walking. We parked at the end of the ‘real’ road before it turns into more of a track which added about 20 min to the walk. If you don’t mind a single track rough drive you can continue and park at a view point before starting the walk.
