Beautiful hilltop from where you have a stunning view on the archipelago of south-western Finland. Beware of the following, however: When I started hiking (mid February), a woman stopped me and told me to use another route because of elks ahead. Now, neither do I know how dangerous elks are when you meet them head-on, nor did I see any, but I went on an official path and there weren't any warning signs. I went a different route and still got to enjoy a beautiful view, but make sure to use...
Read moreGreat place with stunning views of the archipelago. The Turku shipyard is visible. But be careful! An abandoned road leads to the mountain. It is blocked by a barrier, there is a sign ⛔️. You can only go there on foot. The road is overgrown with grass and gradually turns into a forest path. There is no parking nearby! You can also find wild animals here. And some woman from the next house will try to yell at you for walking here.
Hi, this was a good parking spot for 3 cars. (60.2061213, 22.0588685) As you follow the gravel road, after about 400-500 m on the right there is a small boom & in front of it, is an additions un-official parking space for two cars. You can catch the path from there. I used ”karttaselain app” which has excellent markings on how to get there. The view is for sure worth the hike😁😁
