The Pargas Industrial Museum is located next to the limestone quarry in a picturesque group of old buildings. The exhibition focuses on the history of limestone quarry operations and geology. A little hard to find gem of a museum right next to Pargas town center. Equipment, maps and history of calcium mining at the site. As a bonus, the buildings are great examples of 19th and early 20th century Finnish farm housing and yard landscape. Ein kleines Museum für zwischen durch. Finde die EUR 5,- für das Gebotene total in Ordnung. Wir habe etwa 1 Stunde dort verbracht. Das Museum besteht aus 2 Häusern, wobei im einen die Beschreibungen der Ausstellungsstücke leider nicht auf Englisch ist.
