Leo's Helsinki Roihupelto — Attraction in Helsinki sub-region

We visited your establishment yesterday and were extremely disappointed with the way one of your staff members treated us. An older woman with glasses was particularly rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. She yelled at my daughter and my close friend without cause, especially during a moment when we were experiencing some difficulty with payment. Instead of showing any understanding, she refused to let my older daughter explain the situation. Her behavior was aggressive and completely inappropriate. She also repeatedly yelled at my friend because her one-year-old child was walking around the café, which is expected in a space designed for children. What was most upsetting was that she kept pointing at random children and asking my friend if they were hers. This was invasive and completely unnecessary. To make matters worse, she threatened my friend's husband by saying that if any of the kids were to fall or get hurt, she would call the police and involve child protection services. This threat was extremely inappropriate and disturbing, especially given that accidents are bound to happen in an indoor playground environment. Children fall, it’s a natural part of play, and such extreme reactions from staff are unacceptable. We left feeling disrespected, targeted, and deeply upset by the entire experience. Based on how we were treated, we will not be returning, and we will not be recommending this...

Nice place to play with the kids with good play options would give 5 starts BUT the customers are different than any other Hoplop and I have been to all of them in Helsinki region. I have been there with my kids 3x and all 3 times I had encountered problems. Mostly because parents are not supervising their childrens.

This time one boy took my daughter's subsription glasses and try to throw it through the net and when my older daughter confronted him, she was hit. I when to the mom and her responds was (while not even bother to hang up the phone) "he is only 3 years old" and not apologizing. Told my 8yo daughter in front of the mom that if he is being aggresive again just hit back then she started apologizing. 3 yo boy unsupervised in the big kids play area is not ok. He can hurt others and himself.

On my way out, one lady was screaming at a worker because she wasnt allowed to take the baby stroller in. Obviously, she was kicked out. At the same time a kid took out a donut and started eating it without paying, parent was too busy with his phone until one worker addressed this to him and asked him to pay for the donut.

Amazing how these kind of problem kept happening there and only this particular HopLop.

Its not the employees tasks to babysit your kids. No wonder that the workers are less...

Roihupellon toimipisteen taso on romahtanut huolestuttavan paljon ja meno ei näytä enään turvalliselta niin asiakkaille kuin työntekijöille.

Paikkaa pyöritti 2 työntekijää tehden 5-6 ihmisen työt. Hoitivat sisääntuloa, kahvilaa, keittiötä, siisteyttä ja syntymäpäiviä minkä kerkesivät. Kummallakaan ei näyttänyt olleen mahdollisuutta käydä edes vessassa. Molemmat hoitivat loistavasti työtään, mutta heillä oli täysin mahdoton tehtävä vastata ajallaan kaikesta. Turvallisuudesta ja siisteydestä ei myöskään pysty huolehtia noin vähäisellä määrällä työntekijöitä. Meinasin aluksi syödä puistossa, mutta totesin että ei ehkä kannata.

Meidän syntymäpäivät menivät pipareiksi, kun jäätelö saapui puoli tuntia myöhässä ja lapset eivät enään jaksaneet sitä odottaa. Enemmän kävi sääliksi työntekijöitä ja suututti heidän huonojen työolosuhteidensa puolesta, kuin lapsen lähemmäs 400€ maksaneet synttärit.

Roihupellolla ei myöskään ole puhelinnumeroa johon saisi yhteyden, vaan Leosin yleinen numero ohjaa soittajan nettisivuille. Sähköpostiin ei myöskään ehditä vastata, joten ainoa keino saada yhteys puistoon on mennä paikan päälle. Tämä on hyvin hankala toteuttaa lapsiperheiden kiireisessä arjessa, jos vaikka yllättäen lapsen syntymäpäivä vierailta tulee paria päivää ennen muutoksia jotka pitäisi saada puiston tietoon. Se on myös käsittämätöntä, että Leosilla ei ole mitään yleistä asiakaspalvelua (sähköpostilla hello.leoshoplop menee muutama päivä, että reagoivat) johon saisi nopeasti yhteyttä ja joka voisi akuutit asiat välittää toimipisteelle tarvittaessa.

Vaihtoehtoja lisäleikkipuistoissa onneksi löytyy muitakin. Kannattaa siis varautua tähän, jos aikoo pitää lapsensa juhlat Roihupellossa.
