for an operation of this scale, one would expect more proactive execution. evaluations: slopes: not well maintained, icy spots here and there. slope border lines were not clearly marked. lifts: the lift path is not maintained over the day which leads to tracks that you can trip on. customer service: the experience wasn't very flattering rental equipment: the equipment was horribly worn out with snow boards having cracks all over and boots that stench and have seen the best of their days, in short hazardous state.

It's a challenging business to run a ski center in southern Finland but if you can't offer decent service then you should think about some other line of business. Today one of the lifts, the only lift from that particular slope, dropped me into a creek as the water had eroded the thin layer of snow from under the anchor lift tracks. This could have been avoided by building the lift track properly, bridging it over running water.

I'm not a big fan of the rental store. The first time I went was given a board that wasn't waxed properly and was way too sticky.
