Ruokolahden Freeski Ky — Attraction in Imatra sub-region

This was a very good place and totally affordable as downhill skiing places are concerned. Our group consisted of two adults and a teen with previous experience two firs timers of 6 and 9 years. We rented equipement which was in exellent shape by the way and bought tickets for four hours.

During that time both first timers learned downhill skiing. The younger one actually faster and they was going down the main slopes in the end. The older was very happy with the practice slope with a carpet elevator. There was another practice slope as well but it was steeper and not in as good shape as the other one.

Best part is that the slopes are varying and you can get a lot of them as you don't spend as long in an elevator as in the larger centers. Our teen loved the jumps and such that this place has plenty.

The cafe has basics and very cheap fries that we can recommend.

All in all a great place for downhill skiing...

Hyvä pikkumäki. Muutamissa rinteissä raileja ja bokseja temppuiluun. Lapsille oma mattohissi ja harjoittelurinne. Ei ruuhkaa niin ei tarvitse jonottaa hisseille. Kahviossa pientä purtavaa ym. myytävänä. Vuokraus mahdollisuus välineille. Edulliset liput sekä...

Hyvä laskettelukeskus. Ei ehkä kaikista suurin mutta ajaa asiansa hyvin. Paljon hyppyreitä ja temppu paikkoja. Henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä. Rinteet ovat myös hyvässä kunnossa. Kahvilakin on hyvä. Miinuksena on hiihtohissit jotka ovat aika hitaat....
