Kuopio Animal Park — Attraction in Kuopio sub-region

A decent place for the youngest in the family, not necessary for older kids (Unless they're really into farm yard animals)

All in all this place is very cozy and has animals raging from chickens to an Alpakka. There is also a turtle in a tiny little aquarium and I felt kinda bad for him :(

Nice domestic animals farm exposition. All the basic farm animals can be seen including reindeers but the number of animals is quite small comparing to the cost of the entrance. Also there are no family tickets neither discounts for young kids e.g. 3 years old. Note that horse riding only takes place on Thursdays and entrance fee is a prerequisite for the riding activities. OK place, nothing to complain about it. Animals have good size closures and they look like they are very well taken care. For 10€ entrance I hopes there should have been bit more animals. Season tickets are very cheap!

Kids seemed love this place! And cafe is quite nice too.
