Introduction PowerPark is a large amusement park that offers attractions for both children and adults. Visitors are drawn to its wide variety of rides and activities, with something suitable for every age group.
Attractions There are many rides designed for younger children, and one of the highlights is the wooden roller coaster. The park also features several water rides, perfect for warmer days. In addition to rides, there are plenty of carnival-style games where you can win prizes – but be prepared to spend quite a bit of money before you succeed.
Prices and facilities Admission is surprisingly affordable: €8 for an adult ticket, which is very cheap compared to most amusement parks in Europe. Inside the park you’ll find several restaurants, snack stands, and a shop with toys and souvenirs.
Additional activities Beyond the amusement rides, the park also includes a large karting track, a cinema, and a campsite for those who want to stay longer. This makes PowerPark more than just a typical amusement park.
Practical information An interesting bonus is free entry during the last hour before closing. However, most rides and restaurants are already closed at that time. Still, it can be worthwhile for a quick walk around the park or to get a brief impression of what’s on offer.
Conclusion PowerPark combines affordable pricing, entertaining attractions, and extra activities, making it one of the more accessible and versatile parks in Europe. It is suitable for families, couples, and anyone looking for a fun day out in a...
Read moreIf you have like parents with you but they dont want to get to rides, their ticket costs 7€ (Note they really cant get to any ride). Tickets for childs under 130cm cost 26.00€, tickets for childs over 130cm cost 37.00€. By being under 130cm you really cant get to too many rides. Me as 163cm long i can get to any rides i really want. On holidays the lines on the ports are really long. So i suggest to go on to powerpark on not so full days. Worst rides to best rides: ( my opinion) Neon Twister [too fast on curves low on safety and not so confortable] MusicMixRide [Randomly stopped and started making a loud sound, and the ride was again, unconfortable. Decent rides: La Paloma [fun for people who like G-Power] Ghost Ride [Not scary at all suggest for younger people, objective is to shoot red dots that do something when hit] Best ones: ThunderBird X [Extremely fast ride starting from slow going up the hill and EXBLODING straight down at 120kmph made fully of wood Really suggest for HIGH G-Power likers] The Blue Devil [ Fastest ride on powerpark starts to go up slowly and then dropping down at 175kmph at the highest, smoke effects all around the place and The G-power so high that you could pass out. Pretty much a fun place to go with...
Read moreMy all time favorite amusement park!
There is a big variety of rides. We visited on a wednesday thinking we would have smaller queues, but the lines were still quite long. The weather was also sunny and no rain.
Here are queue times to some rides:
Dragon tower: 13 mins Booster: 35 mins Typhoon: 15 mins Cobra: 23 mins Fiesta Mexicana: 10 mins Pegasus: 20 mins Neo's Twister: 25 mins Junker: 26 mins
The wait times depend on the time of the day. Near the closing hour the queues were much shorter. For example we got on Thunderbird with no wait time when the park was going to close in 15 minutes.
Overall we managed to get on 15 rides out of the 20 we wanted to go on. (we were at the gates when they were opened at 11.00 and until the park closing at 19.00)
Everything was fun during the day. But only time It felt like I wasn't having fun was when we had to wait to get food for 2h (we went to eat at 15.00) which therefore took a lot of our time which we could have used on rides. So I recommend to bring your own food with you to the park to save time and money.
Powerpark has really fun rides for those seeking adrenaline and crazy fun...
