Leo's Raisio — Attraction in Turku sub-region

I am very disappointed.  Birthdays used to be celebrated at Hop Lop (Raisio). But my children asked to celebrate in Leo's (Turku). And it was bad. Very bad.  There was no music in the room. No festive mood. We waited for a long time for the ice cream. The children were wandering and did not know what to do. We have added a child to the list. Of course, we paid full price for her.  But they only gave this child a hot dog and ice cream. They didn't provide any utensils: no plate, no cup, no candies for the extra child.  But the biggest disappointment was the attitude.  Two invited children were late for the party and did not have time to get into the room to have a snack. I asked if I could take two hotdogs and put ice cream on these children's plates and have the children eat in the cafeteria. And we were refused. "This food can only be eaten in the room".  That was the answer. What kind of nonsense? I paid 300€ for the birthday and I can't eat this food in the same establishment, but on the territory of the cafe? This is horror!  I would not recommend celebrating a birthday at this entertainment center.  And we will no longer celebrate by ourselves. I think this is a disgrace to the establishment. Such a large network of establishments, and such a disgusting attitude towards...

You buy an annual subscription hoping to visit Leos parks because you and your child like visiting this park. Then the company closes Leos and says absolutely nothing about it to customers with an annual subscription. The alternative is another park Hop Lop which is dirty and does not have the same level of services. After a while they change the name from Hop Lop to Leos and think that a miracle should happen inside and cleanliness should come by itself. This is just mockery of children and their parents. I wrote a review of the park in email and asked everyone about it and no one answered me, but now I will post this review here. I hope you and your children can find a worthy replacement...

Ehdittiin olla 3min kunnes poika tuli alas liukumäestä ja löi päänsä niin kovaa että kuului varmasti kauas. liukumäessä todella jyrkkä pudotus ja mielestäni suorastaan vaarallinen. minulle tuli palovammat kun yritin jarruttaa vauhtia ja löin myös pääni mäessä.

Aikuisen näkökulmasta ilmastointi olisi voinut olla viileämmällä iskä-vartalolla perässä kirmatessa hiki oli kova. Paikka oli hieman sotkuinen, roskia ym. siellä täällä. Henkilökunta oli iloista ja osaavan oloisia. heille täydet 5-tähteä.

Netissä mainostettu jättilegoalue loisti poissaolollaan, tai ei ainakaan löydetty ja lisäksi sähköautot olivatkin lisämaksullisia laitteita joka oli myös pieni yllätys.

Välipalavaihtoehdot olivat pelkästään sokeria ja sokeria. karkkia, karkkia, ja kuorrutettuja donitseja ym. värjättyjä sokerimehuja jne. -ei voi valikoimaa kehua. otettiin sitten popcornit jotka olivat hyvä vaihtoehto sillä eivät olleet liian suolaisia.

Antaisin välipalavalikoimasta 1-tähden. vaarallisen jyrkän liukumäen ja roskien takia antaisin paikalle 2.5-tähteä. -em. asiat korjaamalla antaisin 5-tähteä muutoin miellyttävä kokemus.

Muksun mielestä kuitenkin huippupaikka ja tykkäsi kovin. Siellä juoksi 3h kuhmu päässä ja itse tulin perässä samanlaisen kipeän...
