Fraispertuis City — Attraction in Épinal

We’ve been coming to Fraspertuis for 3 years in a row now, as our village is nearby. It’s a great park for kids — fun rides, clean environment, and a nice family-friendly atmosphere.

However, one thing that keeps bothering us is how calculative the park is with kids’ height.

Of course, we understand safety is important, but the pricing system based strictly on height can be a bit complicated and feels unfair at times. It would be great if the park could simplify or reconsider this policy. Overall, still a lovely place for a day out with the family.

Add on review on the 18th July. We revisited again. All was so good except for two staffs. One in face painting so rude. Even so you say hello and one server at the cafe at the entrance/exit.

We wanted to buy water before exit. Of course it was already 6:05pm. We were there for ice cream and water. We do this every time we want to go home.

He was at the ice cream box. My son asked nicely how much is a bottle of water. He just pointed the finger to the machine. And i said nicely after “a bottle of water? PLEASE”. He hit the box hard for that. Like we ade disturbing him to buy the water.

Fraspertuis; please send your staff in a training for a politeness and also how to serve your guests better.

Fraispertuis City is an amazing little theme park. It’s pretty small, so you can get everything done in half a day or less, but they still have a lot of rides here, including some pretty special ones like Golden Driller, a unique drop tower with 4 different drop variants. The whole park is very clean, prices are fair, the staff is very kind, operations are quick and the atmosphere is nice. On my visit, there was a surprising amount of people in the park, but lines were still short for every ride, and I really rode a lot during my 4 hours at the park. 👍 Parc familial à taille humaine, idéal pour passer une journée en famille non stressante 👍 Attractions très bien entretenues. Les design, les décors et les éléments qui les composent sont en parfait état. Le thème du Far West 🤠 est bien identifiable et très sympa 👍 Tout le personnel (plutôt jeune) croisé a été très aimable. C’est vraiment appréciable ! 👍 Un choix de restauration varié (pizzéria, hamburger, sandwich…) à des prix corrects pour un parc d’attractions 👍 En choisissant bien sa période, l’affluence est faible et permet de profiter pleinement du parc. En avril, nous avons ainsi pu refaire plusieurs fois d’affilée les attractions. Aucune attente, c’est vraiment top ! 👍 Les allées, toilettes et attractions sont très propres 👍 Parking gratuit, et ça c’est un bon point !

À SAVOIR 👉 Dans le parc il y 4 restaurants, 5 snacks, et 5 glaciers/confiseurs. NOS CONSEILS 👉 Achetez vos entrées à l’avance sur le site du parc pour gagner du temps (et un petit peu d’argent) 👉 Évitez le mois d’août pour pouvoir profiter pleinement des attractions 👉 Pensez à prendre un maillot de bain et une serviette pour vos enfants s’ils souhaitent profiter de l’aire de jeux d’eau Geyser City !
